・Daytona reinforced V-belts are developed to handle the increased power and high tuning of sports scooters.
・The bottom rubber, which usually has a single standard rubber structure, has a double structure of standard rubber + high-elasticity heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
・The core wire uses 100% aramid fiber (some products also use other core wire materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into the top and bottom rubbers to improve the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and anti-slip properties required of V-belts.
・The blending ratios of each material are optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
・The belt length is set and quality-controlled to have the same reduction ratio as the normal belt when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slip, starting acceleration, or top speed.
・As a result of testing, some products that performed well with materials other than aramid core wire use other core wire materials + different types of high-elasticity rubber. *Combinations with products other than those specified by our company (e.g., other manufacturers' products) are unverified (not covered by warranty).
