・This Daytona reinforced V-belt was developed to handle the increased power and high tuning of sport scooters.
・The bottom rubber has been changed from a standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber + highly elastic heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slippage.
・The core wire uses 100% aramid fiber (note: some products use other core wire materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is also blended into the top and bottom rubbers, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts.
・The blend ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
・The belt length is set and quality-controlled so that the gear ratio is the same as the genuine part when set on the pulley, preventing adverse effects on slippage, acceleration from a standstill, and top speed.
・As a result of testing, some products that showed good performance with materials other than aramid core wire use other core wire materials + different highly elastic rubber. *Combinations with products other than those specified by our company, such as other manufacturers' products, have not been tested (and are not covered by warranty).
*Please thoroughly check the model name, grade, registered model number, manufacturing year (not the year of sale/purchase), frame number, engine number, etc., and select the correct compatible product. Particular caution is required for used vehicles with altered exteriors.
*To ensure original performance and durability, always perform a break-in period of approximately 50-100 km.
*The V-belt's service limit is when the width dimension is reduced by 1 mm or more from the specified width. Periodically check the wear condition and replace with a new one at the appropriate time.
