[Daytona 94499 Slip-on Megaphone Type Muffler SR400FI]
This is a vehicle inspection compliant slip-on muffler that achieves significant weight reduction and environmental performance compared to the stock muffler.
It is an orthodox megaphone muffler with a slight upward angle (3.5°) at the rear, suitable for various styles from cafe racers to choppers.
The sound quality is a crisp, heavy bass characteristic of steel mufflers.
Made of chrome-plated steel.
Equipped with a large-diameter catalytic converter (honeycomb catalyst, φ45 x 2) for improved environmental performance, meeting the standards for FI models from 2010 onwards, with close-range noise (88dB/3250rpm) and acceleration noise (81dB).
●Stock muffler 7.1kg ⇒ Megaphone type muffler 2.4kg. Approximately 66% lighter than stock (for RH03J).
*Not compatible with carburetor models (SR500/400).
(Due to different engine types.)
*Depending on individual vehicle differences, the muffler may interfere with the center stand.
Simultaneous installation with a center stand stopper (45861) is required.
