This big bore kit with cylinder head achieves overwhelming power and torque with the maximum displacement possible.
The cylinder bore is expanded to the maximum allowable 48mm to achieve maximum displacement. The exhaust and intake port designs have also been newly designed to match the bore size. Furthermore, a cylinder head is included to secure a combustion chamber specifically for the enlarged 48mm piston due to the super big bore conversion. It delivers intense acceleration when combined with a stock muffler.

●Super/Remote JOG series: 45427 (bore: 48mm x stroke: 39.12mm = displacement: 71cc)
●ZZ/Let's series: 48796 (bore: 48mm x stroke: 37.4mm = displacement: 67.6cc)
●When riding on public roads with a big bore kit installed, changes in registration, license, insurance, and other conditions are required.
●If combined with a 50cc high-speed chamber or similar, it will become an even higher-revving engine, exceeding the cooling limits of air-cooled engines and causing overheating and seizure. For the muffler, please use a commercially available chamber with a maximum rotation of 10,500 rpm or less.
●When using on exhaust gas compliant models released after September 1999, the catalyst in the genuine carburetor and muffler will overheat abnormally, damaging the engine. It is necessary to replace it with a genuine carburetor from '98 or earlier (main jet exchanged for #85-90), or our big carb kit, and a big bore compatible muffler with a maximum rotation speed of 10,500 rpm or less.
●For 2-stroke oil, please use Motorex RACING POWER2T, Castrol POWER1 TTS Racing, Wako's V2R, or Elf Moto 2XT-Tech. Also, if a high-revving setting is used due to the simultaneous installation of a chamber or other parts, please operate with a mixed gasoline specification (or separate lubrication specification + mixed gasoline).
●When using with a stock carburetor, setting the main jet and jet needle is necessary. For the main jet, an increase of #5 to #10 with a stock air cleaner is a guideline, and for the jet needle, lowering the clip position by 0 to 1 notch is a guideline.
★ When riding on public roads with a big bore kit installed, changes in registration, license, insurance, and other conditions are required.
Precautions: When using a big bore kit on public roads, please observe the following three points.
1. Report the displacement increase to the municipal office and change the license plate from a Class 1 moped to a Class 2 moped.
2. Possess a motorcycle license of at least a limited small motorcycle class.
3. Confirm that voluntary and compulsory insurance cover the revised displacement.
Failure to observe these three points will result in violations of tax law (tax evasion) and road traffic law (unlicensed driving).
