【DAYTONA 95409 S-DRAG Big Bore Kit S-JOGZR】
This big bore kit with cylinder head achieves overwhelming power and torque with the largest possible displacement.
The cylinder bore is expanded to the maximum allowable 48mm to achieve maximum displacement. The exhaust and intake port designs are also new, designed to match the bore size. Furthermore, a cylinder head is included to ensure a combustion chamber specifically for the enlarged 48mm piston due to the ultra-big bore. It delivers powerful acceleration when combined with a stock muffler.
●Live DIO series: 45415 (Bore: 48mm x Stroke: 39.3mm = Displacement: 71cc)
●Super/Remote JOG series: 45427 (Bore: 48mm x Stroke: 39.12mm = Displacement: 71cc)
●ZZ/Let's series: 48796 (Bore: 48mm x Stroke: 37.4mm = Displacement: 67.6cc)
●When riding on public roads with a big bore kit installed, changes to conditions such as registration, license, and insurance are required.
●Combining this with a high-speed chamber for 50cc models will further increase the engine speed, exceeding the cooling limit of air-cooled engines and causing overheating and seizure. For the muffler, please use a commercially available chamber with a maximum rotation of 10,500 rpm or less.
●If used on exhaust gas regulated models released after September 1999, the catalyst in the stock carburetor/muffler will overheat abnormally, damaging the engine. It is necessary to replace it with a stock carburetor from '98 or earlier (main jet replaced with #85-90), or our big carb kit, and a big bore compatible muffler with a maximum rotation speed of 10,500 rpm or less.
●Please use Motorex RACING POWER2T, Castrol POWER1 TTS Racing, WAKO'S V2R, or Elf Moto 2XT-Tech 2-stroke oil. Also, if a high-rpm setting is achieved by simultaneously installing a chamber or similar, please run with mixed gasoline (or separate lubrication + mixed gasoline).
●When using a stock carb, main jet and jet needle settings are required. For the main jet, an increase of #5 to #10 is a guideline when using a stock air cleaner, and for the jet needle, lowering the clip position by 0 to 1 notch is a guideline.
★ When riding on public roads with a big bore kit installed, changes to conditions such as registration, license, and insurance are required.
Precautions: If you use a big bore kit on public roads, you must observe the following three points:
1. Report the displacement increase to the municipal office and change the license plate from Class 1 moped to Class 2 moped.
2. Obtain a driver's license for an ordinary motorcycle with a small limited endorsement or higher.
3. Confirm that voluntary and compulsory insurance cover the vehicle after the displacement change.
Failure to observe these three points will violate tax law (tax evasion) and road traffic law (unlicensed driving).
