[Daytona 95417 Drive V-Belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type Lead 90]
Daytona reinforced V-belt developed to accommodate high power and high tuning of sports scooters.
The bottom rubber has been changed from a standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber + highly elastic heat-resistant rubber compound, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
The core is made of 100% aramid fiber (some products use other core materials). In addition, aramid fiber is blended into the top and bottom rubber to improve the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts.
The blending ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
The belt length is set and quality controlled to achieve the same reduction ratio as the stock belt when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slippage, acceleration from a stop, or top speed.
●As a result of testing, some products that performed well with materials other than aramid core wires use other core wire materials + different types of highly elastic rubber.
