【Daytona 95418 Drive V-Belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type L-DIOZX】
Daytona reinforced V-belts were developed to handle the increased power and higher tuning of sport scooters.
The lower rubber features a double-layer structure of standard rubber plus highly elastic, heat-resistant blended rubber, instead of the usual single-layer standard rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
The core is made of 100% aramid fiber (though some products use other core materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into both the upper and lower rubber, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and anti-slip properties required of V-belts.
The blending ratios of each material are optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
The belt length is set and quality-controlled to achieve the same reduction ratio as the stock belt when set on the pulley, ensuring no adverse effects on slip, acceleration from a stop, or top speed.
● As a result of testing, some products that showed good performance with materials other than aramid core wires use other core materials + different high-elasticity rubber.
