[Daytona 95419 Drive V Belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type L-DIO/SR] Daytona reinforced V-belt developed to cope with the higher power and higher tuning of sport scooters. The bottom rubber has been changed from a standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber + highly elastic heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slippage. The core is made of 100% aramid fiber (note: some products use other core materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is also blended into the top and bottom rubbers, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts. The blending ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
