【Daytona 95425 Drive V-Belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type S-JOG ZR】
Daytona reinforced V-belts are developed to accommodate the higher power and tuning of sports scooters.
The lower rubber is changed from a standard single-layer rubber structure to a double-layer structure of standard rubber + high-elasticity heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
The core material uses 100% aramid fiber (though some products may use other core materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into the upper and lower rubber, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and anti-slip properties required of a V-belt.
The blending ratios of each material are optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
The belt length is set and quality-controlled to achieve the same reduction ratio as the original when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slip, starting acceleration, or top speed.
●As a result of testing, some products that performed well with materials other than aramid core wires use other core wire materials + different highly elastic rubbers.
