【Daytona 95434 Drive V-belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type Let's II/II/IIS】
Daytona reinforced V-belts were developed to accommodate the higher power and higher tuning of sport scooters.
The bottom rubber has a double structure of standard rubber + highly elastic heat-resistant blended rubber, instead of the usual standard rubber single structure, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
The core is made of 100% aramid fiber (※some products use other core materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into the top and bottom rubber, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts.
The blend ratios of each material are optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
The belt length is set and quality-controlled to achieve the same reduction ratio as a normal belt when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slip, starting acceleration, or top speed.
●As a result of testing, some products that performed well with materials other than aramid core wires use other core materials + different types of highly elastic rubber.
