[Daytona 95719 Drive V-Belt (VSE92+KEV) Reinforced Type for Address V125]
This Daytona reinforced V-belt was developed to handle the increased power and high tuning of sport scooters.
The bottom rubber has been changed from a standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber + high-elasticity heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slippage.
The core wire uses 100% aramid fiber (though some products use other core wire materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into the top and bottom rubbers, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts.
The blending ratios of each material are optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
The belt length is set and quality-controlled so that, when installed on the pulley, the reduction ratio is equivalent to that of the normal belt, to avoid adverse effects on slippage, starting acceleration, and top speed.
●As a result of testing, some products that performed well with materials other than aramid core wire use other core wire materials + different types of high-elasticity rubber.
