Dunlop has adopted a silica compound for scooter tires for the first time. The blend of fine silica particles improves wet braking performance by conforming to fine road irregularities. It also contributes to achieving a long lifespan.

By adopting a single-R profile with a uniform radius of curvature in the tread cross-section, changes in the shape of the contact patch are suppressed even when the vehicle's bank angle changes, resulting in smooth cornering characteristics.
