＜Adoption of new pattern＞
By optimizing the groove arrangement through wear simulation, long life is achieved. For the front, a thick and long lateral groove running from the center to the shoulder and a center groove are provided to efficiently drain water and improve wet performance. In addition, by arranging flex sipes, tread rigidity is optimized and ground contact feeling during cornering is improved.
＜Adoption of silica compound＞
For the first time ever, Dunlop has adopted a silica compound for scooter tires. By blending fine silica particles, the tire follows the fine irregularities of the road surface, improving wet braking performance. It also contributes to achieving a longer lifespan.
Achieves fatigue-free handling even on tours.
By adopting a single R profile with a uniform radius of curvature of the tread cross-section, changes in the shape of the contact patch are suppressed even when the vehicle's lean angle changes, achieving smooth cornering characteristics. For the rear, by optimizing the front and rear roll balance, straightforward handling is achieved.
Achieves a comfortable ride.
By adopting a sidewall-specific compound that is softer than the tread, the deflection of the side part is optimized, improving ride comfort, especially during cornering. In addition, by adopting a strong and flexible polyester carcass, smooth handling is achieved.
