No grease is required on the contact surface with the airbox, boasting excellent sealing performance.
* Please do not wring the filter as you would a dishcloth.
* After applying oil, allow 24 hours for drying. Drying allows the oil to set in the air filter, maximizing its performance.
In addition, if the filter is installed and used immediately after soaking with oil, oil may be drawn into the carburetor, potentially causing engine malfunction.
