The two-layer structure, with a coarse outer filter and a fine inner filter, guards against dust intrusion without compromising intake efficiency.
Joined with a special adhesive that is resistant to gasoline and solvents. Can be safely washed and reused.
No grease is required on the contact surface with the airbox, boasting excellent sealing performance.
* Do not wring out the filter like a dishcloth.
* After applying oil, dry for 24 hours. Drying allows the oil to set in the air filter, maximizing performance.
In addition, if you install and ride immediately after soaking with oil, oil may be drawn into the carburetor, potentially causing engine malfunction.
