The two-layer structure, with a coarser outer layer and a finer inner layer, guards against dust intrusion without compromising intake efficiency.
Joined with a special adhesive that is resistant to gasoline and solvents. Can be safely washed and used repeatedly.
No grease is required on the contact surface with the airbox, boasting excellent sealing performance.
* Do not wring the filter like a dishcloth.
* After applying oil, dry for 24 hours. Drying allows the oil to adhere to the air filter, maximizing its performance.
Also, if you install and ride immediately after soaking with oil, oil may be drawn into the carburetor and cause engine malfunction.
