Motored LED IC Relay for DC

【DRC Dirtfreak D45-69-830 MOTOLED LED IC Relay for DC】
This part is necessary when replacing the standard bulb-type flasher with a MOTOLED flasher.
Standard relays are designed for bulb-type flashers, so when switched to LED flashers, the standard relay will malfunction due to the difference in power consumption.
This relay prevents such malfunctions.
For some models, the following measures are required:
Flasher pilot light and position light become unusable.
Representative models: XR250, CRM250AR
The flasher pilot light bulb needs to be removed.
Representative models: DR250R, Djebel 250XC, LANZA230
Cannot be installed on vehicles where voltage is unstable.
Representative models: WR250F/WR450F cannot be used for any model year.
Advantages and Disadvantages of IC Relays
・Leverages the inherent power-saving effect of LEDs.
・Relay replacement work is slightly difficult.
・Only one unit needs to be installed per vehicle.
*Some models may use it in conjunction with the standard relay.
・Exclusively for DC vehicles.
・If the hazard lights activate after installing the MOTOLED IC relay, a "pilot light harness" is required.
