・By consciously regripping the "knob" located at the front, you can check if you are maintaining proper form.
・When standing, grip the handle so that the knob touches the boundary between your palm and fingers (the base of your fingers). When sitting, grip the handle so that the knob touches the middle of your fingers. This allows you to check if you are regripping for different situations.
