FOX's proprietary POSITAC heat guard, used on the outsole and inner side of the boots, offers both durability and grip.
The foot chassis consists of three layers: an outsole made of highly grippy and durable POSITAC rubber, an inner sole made of fiberglass/nylon blend, and a flexible and elastic EVA foam footbed.
