This racing-spec complete wheel kit combines R50 rims with Asterite hubs.
In addition to genuine sizes for competition vehicles, 18-inch wheels effective for converting motocrossers into enduro machines are also available.
R50 Aluminum Rim
・Racing-spec rim designed for MX and ED races.
・Made from A7050-T6 aluminum alloy, the optimal material for rims, with a meticulously designed cross-sectional shape.
・Designed with a focus on balancing the conflicting requirements of strength and weight.
Asterite Hub
・Ultra-high precision machining of forged A6061-T6, with a design that considers weight down to the smallest details, resulting in all models being lighter than genuine parts.
The weight-reducing cutouts on the sides not only reduce weight but also provide excellent mud shedding.
・All internal parts, such as bearings, are press-fit, and since they are genuine-compatible parts, genuine parts can be used as replacements.
・Hub colors are available in each vehicle manufacturer's color and are anodized.
Aluminum Nipples & Steel Spokes
・High-strength aluminum alloy nipples are used.
・Z-WHEEL exclusive steel spokes are used.
