This wheel kit is assembled with parts of the same specifications as the AR1 wheel for competition vehicles.
By combining Z-WHEEL's R50 rim, Asterite hub, aluminum nipple set, and stainless steel spoke set, it achieves both high strength and lighter weight compared to genuine products.
R50 Rim: A racing specification rim intended for use in MX and ED races. It uses A7050 T6 aluminum alloy, the optimal material for a rim, and pursues an ideal cross-sectional shape. It is designed with balancing the conflicting conditions of strength and weight as a key consideration.
Asterite Hub: High-strength aluminum alloy in a cylindrical shape is precisely machined down to one-tenth of its weight, maintaining a beautiful appearance while prioritizing strength and weight reduction. The cutouts on the sides provide excellent mud-shedding performance.
Aluminum Nipples & Spokes: Employs Z-WHEEL high-strength aluminum alloy nipples, contributing to weight reduction compared to genuine steel nipples. Employs Z-WHEEL high-strength stainless steel spoke set. Both front and rear spoke diameters are thickened to increase strength, and for the rear, the number of spokes is increased from 32 to 36 to transmit power to the road surface without loss.
