Top cap with initial adjuster that allows adjustment of the front spring's reaction force. Applying preload increases the rigidity of the front end, improving stability during braking and cornering. Also effective when carrying luggage on tours. In addition, the included air valve screw allows the pressure inside the fork to be reset to atmospheric pressure.
