Its greatest feature is that it can be used with either the left or right arm. (Excluding some vehicles, a separate dedicated shaft is required for each.)
The shaft section is designed at a unique angle to stabilize the vehicle body.
Precision ball bearings are used in the shaft support, allowing for light rotation.
A new mechanism also allows for two-stage adjustment of the arm length.
