Our FRP products use two layers of #450 mat (mat weighing 450g per square meter), totaling 900g.
A higher number indicates greater thickness.
Typically, automotive aero parts often use one layer of #600 mat.
Our products, in addition to two layers of #450 mat, are further reinforced with a #220 cross-mat to prevent mold shifting, resulting in a reinforced finish.
