【DSPS / Dual Stage Pivot System】
The double pivot system is the SG-12's greatest feature. The rear frame, called "RAZOR BACK", is attached to the boot body with the first pivot, maintaining the necessary front-to-back and side-to-side movement for operation while keeping it fixed. This allows for high rigidity and appropriate positioning. The second pivot slides by inserting the upper part of the Razor Back into the back of the boot, absorbing shock during natural pedal operation and jump landings (especially during short jumps or overjumps).
【Shin Plate】
The flexible shin plate is floating, ensuring an outstanding fit. The thickness can be adjusted by the owner simply by removing three screws.
【Rubber Guard】
Rubber guards are used on the inner side that contacts the machine. The contact area has been doubled compared to conventional models, enhancing the sense of unity with the machine. It also functions as a heat guard.
【Memory Cell Inner】
Memory cell material (shape-memory material) is equipped in the inner lining. The moment you put your foot in, it transforms to the shape of the owner's foot and retains that shape. This ensures a comfortable fit and direct operability.
【High-Grade Insole】
A high-grade insole is used. It supports the foot to be correctly positioned. Shock-absorbing material is adopted in the heel area, improving the fit.
【SG-12 Exclusive Sole】
While maintaining its well-established high durability, two types of compounds are used to achieve a high level of grip and shock absorption.
【HAND MADE IN ITALY】
This product is handmade by craftsmen at the Gaerne factory in the Veneto region of Italy, one by one.
