*2. The structure of Harley's throttle cables changed from 1996 (to a clip-fixed type without threads), so in principle, throttle cables from before 1995 (with threads and fixed with a lock nut) cannot be used.
*3. Regarding fitment, the travel length is as important as the overall length.
Travel length = (inner cable) - (outer cable)
If the cable is longer than necessary, the throttle cannot be pulled, and if it is too short, it will not reach the carburetor/injector.
