This is a slip-on muffler made of steel with a show chrome finish for S&S Slash Cut Shotgun Mufflers for 07-15 Fat Boy and Deuce models. This dedicated muffler is designed to maximize the output of a stock engine when replacing the genuine Harley muffler. By matching it with a large displacement engine, it achieves increased torque from very low to mid-range RPMs. Furthermore, if you use an air cleaner, carburetor, cam, etc., designed for higher output, you will be able to further bring out its effects. *Although carburetor/injection adjustment is generally not required when replacing from stock, we recommend adjusting it for best performance.
