This product is a set of ignition-related parts tailored to your vehicle,
centered around Twin Tec's 7-pin module for EVOLUTION.
Compatible Models:
1991-early 1994 Touring models
1990-1994 Dyna and Softail models
For the above models where the module uses a 7-pin coupler.
Up to the Evolution engine, dual-fire ignition was the standard specification,
but converting to independent ignition makes the exhaust note crisper
and changes the feel of the idling.
In addition, manufacturers recommend independent ignition for reasons such as
reduced backfire at low RPMs and improved power output at high RPMs.
The MODE SELECT dial allows you to set either dual-fire or independent ignition.
By using a separately sold USB interface, you can
freely set the ignition advance curve on your computer.
* The map will be shipped in its factory default state.
* This set cannot be used with Sportster models because the spark plugs are different.
