This product is a set of ignition-related products tailored to the vehicle, centered on Twin Tec's EVOLUTION 8-pin module. Compatible with late 1995 to 1998 Touring models, 1995 to 1999 Softail models, and 1995 to 1998 Dyna models that use an 8-pin coupler for the module. Up to Evolution, simultaneous ignition is the standard specification, but converting it to independent ignition makes the exhaust sound crisper and changes the idling feel. This set, by replacing the plugs, cords, and coils, revives the powerful torque feeling characteristic of the Evolution. The manufacturer also recommends independent ignition for reasons such as reduced backfire at low RPMs and improved output at high RPMs. The MODE SELECT dial allows you to set simultaneous ignition or independent ignition.
