DYNA S, a classic semi-transistor ignition system from Dynatek.
Fits: 1970-99 Big Twin models (excluding Twin Cam), 1971-03 Sportsters (excluding 1200S). This ignition system eliminates the need for maintenance such as adjusting point gap, burnt contacts, or condenser failure. Retarding the ignition timing significantly helps achieve a 3-beat idle.
*Please use a 5Ω coil. For wiring, white is + and blue is -. Reversing the connection will instantly damage the unit beyond repair. Please read the included Japanese instruction manual thoroughly before installation.
*If replacing a fully transistorized ignition, a centrifugal governor and 5Ω coil are required.
