For H/D Keihin butterfly carbs only.
This is an "idle mixture screw."
It is a convenient, hand-adjustable screw that was previously available for CV carbs from YOST in the US. However, since the butterfly version is now discontinued, this is a special item [custom-made] by Kishida Seimitsu Kogyo, a long-established carburetor specialist manufacturer in Japan.
It has the same dimensions as the genuine part. The adjustment part (normally adjusted only with a small flathead screwdriver) has an original 8mm square hex shape, which makes it easy to gauge the return amount during adjustment, allows adjustment with a flathead screwdriver, and also enables fine adjustment by hand, thanks to its appropriate length, shape, and size.
The O-ring is made of the same material as Keyster's (Kishida Seimitsu Kogyo Co., Ltd.) patented, independently developed alcohol-resistant needle (common name: AA Needle).
