■Product Description: This is a part for BDL and other belt drive kits. This protective plate is designed to prevent wear and damage to the aluminum clutch shell of belt drives manufactured from 1941 to 1984 due to friction with the clutch plates. It is made from a 1.2mm steel plate with high-precision laser cutting. By simply inserting it into the innermost part of the clutch shell without any modification, you can prevent the shell from wearing down. Since the thickness is 1.2mm, no special work is required other than extending the clutch spring set length by approximately one millimeter; you just perform the same steps as a normal clutch assembly. It can also be used with shells that have already experienced minor wear, but if the wear causes severe steps, please replace the shell with a new one before use. We recommend using it from a new belt drive. Specifications: Outer diameter: 174mm. It can be used directly with BDL belt drive kits. For GUTS CHROME belt drive kits (part number A100-0208s), please use the 170mm (part number MS-002) version.
