Up-swept mufflers are a classic chopper part, but due to individual differences in vehicles, frames, and engine surface grinding, new ones often don't fit.
This base allows for fine adjustment to match the vehicle because the flange is intentionally not welded on.
The muffler diameter is 45mm, same as the stock.
