■Product Description
Flanders Style Raw Risers 37mm
These are original steel risers designed by sampling Flanders' characteristic rounded shape, and are also designed to match with glide risers and springer top trees.
The height is a low 37mm.
*This is the height from the seating surface of the lower base to the flat part of the upper surface.
If measured at the center of the actual handle, it would be a few millimeters higher.
This is a riser set made of cast iron in Japan, for material that has not been surface treated.
(*As it is not chrome-plated, it will rust as is)
You can paint it black, intentionally rust it to convert it to black rust, or use it as a custom base for length adjustment or welding.
*The tool insertion surface of the riser is securely ensured so that the tightening tool bites firmly, allowing for proper torque application during tightening.
In addition, the seating surface is designed to be almost the same size as the diameter of the solid mount commonly used for glide risers, which makes the solid mount's presence disappear when installed, resulting in a cleaner fit.
(It is similar to risers made by Paughco.)
Since the seat surface diameter is approximately 36.9mm, it can also be used in combination with earless springer top trees.
(Risers from other companies with smaller seat surface diameters could not be used in combination because the risers would fall into the holes of the top tree.)
The compatible riser bolts are 1/2-20 fine thread.
Vehicles already using fine-threaded bolts can use them as is.

*Top tightening bolts are not included.
(Please use 5/16-24x1” for the top bolt size.)
*If you are using 1/2-13 coarse thread bolts, please purchase 1/2-20 fine thread riser bolts separately.
*Please note that when combined with 39mm triple trees from 2004 onwards, the seat surface diameter will be larger than the triple tree's raised design, causing it to protrude.
