■Product Description
FLANDERS Style Risers, Raw, 78mm
These are original steel risers designed by sampling the distinctive rounded shape of FLANDERS and engineered to match combinations with glide risers and springer top trees.
The height is 78mm.
*This is the height from the seating surface of the lower base to the flat part of the top surface.
When measured at the actual center of the handlebars, it will be a few millimeters higher.
This riser set is made of cast iron in Japan, with no surface treatment, intended for use as raw material.
(*Since it is not chrome-plated, it will rust as is.)
It can be painted black, intentionally rusted to convert to black rust, or used as a custom base for length adjustments or welding.
*The tool entry surfaces of the risers are securely ensured to allow the tightening tool to grip firmly, enabling proper torquing.
Additionally, the seating surface is designed to be almost the same size as the diameter of the solid mounts often used with glide risers, which helps to conceal the solid mount's presence when installed, resulting in a smarter fit.
(Similar to Paeco risers.)
Since the seating surface diameter is approximately 36.9mm, it can also be used in combination with springer top trees without ears.
(Other companies' risers with smaller seating surface diameters would fall into the holes of the top tree, making combination use impossible.)
The compatible riser bolts are 1/2-20 fine thread.
Vehicles already using fine-thread bolts can use them as-is.

Precautions
*Top tightening bolts are not included.
(Please use 5/16-24x1" for the top bolt size.)
*If you are using 1/2-13 coarse thread bolts, please purchase separate 1/2-20 fine thread riser bolts.
*Please note that when combined with 39mm triples from 2004 onwards, the seating surface diameter will be larger than the raised design of the triple, causing it to protrude.
