■Product Description This is an original R&U steel riser designed by sampling the distinctive rounded shape of FLANDERS, making it compatible with glide risers and Springer top trees. The height is a very low 1-1/4 inches (approx. 32mm). *This is the height from the seating surface of the lower base to the flat top surface. When measured at the center of the actual handlebar, it will be a few millimeters higher. This riser set is made of cast iron and is intended to be a raw material, having been polished but not further processed. (*Since it is not chrome-plated, it will rust as is.) Please use it as a custom base for painting it black, deliberately rusting it to convert to black rust, or adjusting its length. Additionally, the seating surface is designed to be almost the same size as the diameter of a solid mount commonly used on glide risers, which makes the solid mount disappear when installed, resulting in a cleaner look. (It is similar to Paaco risers.) The seating surface diameter is approximately 36.9mm, so it can also be used in combination with Springer earless top trees. (With risers from other companies that had smaller seating surface diameters, the riser would fall into the hole of the top tree, making combination use impossible.) The compatible riser bolts are 1/2-20 fine thread. Vehicles already using fine-thread bolts can use them as is. Precautions *Top clamping bolts are not included. (Please use 5/16-24 x 1” bolts for the top.) *If you are using 1/2-13 coarse-thread bolts, please purchase separate 1/2-20 fine-thread riser bolts. *Please note that when combined with 39mm triples from 2004 onwards, the seating surface diameter is larger than the triple's raised design, causing it to protrude.
