【G-Craft 32210 Aluminum Billet Crankcase Type S】
The aluminum machined crankcase is finally complete. A5083 material is used.
To accommodate 124cc φ54 pistons, the bore diameter has been widened to 57mm.
The thickness of necessary parts has been increased to support high-power engines.
In particular, the thickness of the upper crankcase, which is prone to cracking, has been set to 6mm, double the genuine 3mm.
Aluminum billet crankcases do not use paper center gaskets.
They are used with a thin layer of liquid gasket applied.
Because paper gaskets are not used, the rigidity of the case is increased.
They can be used with everything from genuine clutches to aftermarket parts.
Since no center gasket is used, a dedicated aluminum cover is included for the inner wall of the breather.
In addition, the breather can be relocated to the front in addition to its normal position.
The shift rod section also incorporates a robust "gacchiri-kun" function within the case.
By using needle bearings, the flex of the shift rod is suppressed, allowing for smooth gear changes.
After more than 10 years, the aluminum billet crankcase is finally on sale.
