Gcraft×YSS Suspension
YSS suspension specially designed for the CT125 is now available.
YSS has been supplying genuine suspensions to many motorcycle manufacturers, primarily through OEM production, since its establishment in 1983.
Gcraft conducted numerous riding tests, from daily city riding to touring, to develop a suspension specifically for the CT125.
The front kit includes a dedicated spring, oil, and PD valve. A PD valve is an inner valve that provides the "suppleness" and "firmness" of a cartridge fork to front forks that do not have damping adjustment functionality in their damper rod. In particular, it makes the initial movement more supple, absorbing even minor bumps, allowing for a safer ride.
An initial adjuster is provided for preload adjustment.
The rear suspension is set to the same length as the genuine one to maintain the vehicle's posture.
Additionally, the spring uses a double-rate design, making it soft initially and firm towards the end of its travel.
The Gcraft logo is laser-marked on the top of the suspension.
As a collaboration model, we selected red anodizing that matches the vehicle.
Initial adjustment is also possible, allowing you to set it according to your riding style.
The end eye has a ride height adjustment function, allowing for settings within the range of genuine length +10mm.
It also features spring preload adjustment and 25-step rebound damping adjustment.
The ride comfort has the following characteristics:
・Front only
Recommended for touring riders with light luggage. It reduces excessive front reactions and stabilizes straight-line performance.
It also improves dive during braking.
・Rear only
Recommended for riders who carry heavy loads or frequently carry luggage. Since the damping function is stronger than the genuine suspension, it reduces bouncing when going over bumps. Ride height, initial sag, and damping can be adjusted according to the amount of luggage, making it suitable for a wide range of uses from street to touring.
・Front + Rear
Reduces excessive front-to-back movement of the vehicle, allowing you to enjoy riding with greater peace of mind. It also improves floatiness in large corners on mountain roads and national highways. Especially when loaded, the vehicle tends to become unstable during riding, but the reinforced suspension allows you to experience the original "joy of riding."

*Powder coating is used for the spring's paint method, which is characterized by its flexibility against spring expansion and contraction, and its ability to form a strong film. However, the powder is adhered and then baked, but because it is hung with a wire, the paint does not adhere to that part. Therefore, YSS repairs that part with touch-up paint.
*The initial setting is for a rider weight range of 60kg to 70kg.
*Depending on your riding style, weight, and vehicle weight (increase/decrease due to parts installation), re-setting may be necessary for this product.
*A guide is provided to prevent the spring body and damper body from rubbing. Depending on the usage conditions, the spring guide and spring may rub against each other.
