The link can be rotated 180 degrees while the engine side mounting part remains fixed.
This shift link allows you to convert your existing rear sets to a reverse shift pattern.
Two holes are drilled to allow adjustment of the pillow ball mounting hole.
You can adjust it to your preferred shift feel.
Depending on the engine, it may interfere with the cover and prevent rotation.
When converting to a reverse shift, the shift rod may not be long enough.
