【G-Craft 39995 GC-020 Aluminum Frame NERO】
This is a collaborative product with Kohken Denka, a company famous for selling anodized Brembo calipers, etc.
The black finish, which is the most distinguishing feature of the NERO frame, is exclusive to the NERO frame.
By applying black anodizing after buffing, a beautiful surface finish is achieved.
The oil cooler stay mounting and down tube mounting stay mounting processes, which are usually optional, are standard.
All bolts used in the frame are tapered stainless steel bolts. (Normal 020 aluminum frames use steel cap bolts and button bolts.)
A laser engraving is applied to the frame surface. (Includes NERO frame exclusive logo)
The main pipe uses the same lightweight, high-rigidity 7N01 material as the popular triple-square swingarm.
By directly fixing the rearsets to the frame, the rigidity around the steps is improved.
● Neck length +30mm long, head pipe position 30mm up.
● Neck angle 25 degrees.
● Gorilla tank can be used.
● The engine body can be offset by 7mm, so an offset sprocket, which is necessary when mounting 10-inch 4.0J wheels or NSR wheels, is not required.
● Compatible with genuine battery cases and G-Craft aluminum battery cases (37102).
● Handle lock can be used.
● Genuine side cover can be used.
● Can be installed simultaneously with 39921 down tube and 39407 engine reinforcement plate. (When installing the engine reinforcement plate, a separate brake pedal shaft 39974, 39945 is required.)
Precautions
* Comes with a dedicated serial number engraving.
* Bearing races are not press-fitted.
* Brake pedal shaft is not included. Also, when installing rearsets, since they are fixed directly to the frame, the rigidity around the steps is increased.
* Battery case is not included.
* When using G-Craft rearsets, if G-Craft aluminum side covers or carbon side covers are installed, the side cover and rearset plate may interfere. In this case, it may be necessary to offset the rearsets outward by inserting a washer or the aluminum collar (20-9-7) included with the frame between the hex collar and the rearset plate, or to process by shaving off the interfering part.
