The inner wire is a 7x7 composite stainless steel strand, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
A Teflon tube is also used inside the spiral wire, reducing the coefficient of friction and enabling light and smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause the wire to break. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no part is caught between the handlebar stopper and the frame.
