The inner wire is made of 7x7 braided stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile strength wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in low friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid sharp bends or routing that could cause the wire to break, as this will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check for any pinching points against the steering stopper or frame.
