The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to be smooth, high-tensile, and low-stretch.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles can not only make lever operation heavy but also cause the wire to break. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars all the way to the left and right to check that there are no parts pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
