The inner wire is made of 7x7 stranded stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, high-tensile wire with minimal stretch.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Be aware that sharp bends or tight routing during installation will not only make lever operation heavy but can also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no part is caught by the handlebar stopper or frame.
