The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to be a smooth, high-tension wire with minimal stretch.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Please be aware that installation or routing that involves sharp bends will not only make the lever operation heavier but may also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to confirm that there are no parts that are pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
