The inner wire is made of 7x7 stranded stainless steel, swaged on the surface to be a smooth, high-tensile wire with minimal stretch.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and enabling light and smooth lever operation.
Caution: Please be aware that installation or routing at sharp angles will not only make the lever operation heavy but can also cause wire breakage.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check for any areas where the wire might be pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
