The inner wire is a 7x7 composite stainless steel wire that has been swaged to create a smooth, high-tensile strength wire with minimal stretch.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low friction coefficient and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles can not only make lever operation heavy, but also cause the wire to break. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars all the way to the left and right to check for any areas where the cable might be pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
