The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire that has been swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Avoid sharp bends or routing that could cause the lever operation to become heavy or, worse, cause the wire to break.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check for any pinching points with the handlebar stopper or frame.
