The inner wire is a 7x7 composite strand of stainless steel wire that has been swaged to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
Additionally, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installing or routing the cable at sharp angles will not only make the lever operation heavy but also cause the wire to break. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars left and right to check that no parts are pinched by the handlebar stopper or frame.
