The inner wire is a composite strand of 7x7 stainless steel wire, swaged on the surface to create a smooth, low-stretch, high-tensile wire.
In addition, a Teflon tube is used inside the spiral wire, resulting in a low coefficient of friction and light, smooth lever operation.
Caution: Installation or routing that involves sharp bends will not only make lever operation heavy but also cause wire breakage. Please be careful.
After installation, turn the handlebars all the way left and right to check for any pinching points with the handlebar stopper or frame.
